Frequently Asked Questions for the Benny:
1) DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH SERIOUS BODYBUILDERS AND POWERLIFTERS?
No. In fact I work well with all walks of life. Whether you're a serious competitor, have sports related goals, athletic, or just looking to get healthy... Whatever your goals may be, I can help you.
2) HOW DO YOU WORK WITH WOMEN?
The same way I work with men. I ask you your goals. See how things are currently going. I get your previous experiences. I ask your opinions on what you've felt has worked best for you, and what you absolutely wouldn't do to reach your goals. And really, everybody to me is HUMAN. And I have worked with several women in the past who have been pleased with their results. Yes... diverse "types" of women: Figure Athletes, Female BodyBuilders, older women looking to fight off aging, and the average female looking to get into better shape.
3) WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM YOUR CLIENTS?
I expect 100% honesty. As long as we have that going, I can make adjustments and tweak things as they happen or when you tell me things are happening. If you hide things or don't tell me the truth about what you're doing, or what you're eating, I can't possibly make the proper adjustments. So the one thing I ask of my clients is 100% honesty and from there, a desire to do better, and other than that, we take things one day at a time and WORK towards your fitness goals!
