Well hello ladies and gentlemen! It's been quite some time since I've been online (much less on this particular board. Oops.) But hopefully it will all be turning around and staying active from today and going forward long into the future. Not a lot to tell you really, besides life happened and days went by and now I'm back. Gotta keep the energy levels high myself and hope you fans and haters out there in the cyber world and even the real world come along on this crazy journey.

Things to mention that people will read simply because it's written here...

A) I'm back in the gym after a back injury and a bout of laziness. Yes even I can be lazy sometimes. But guess what, I can choose to overcome my laziness and work hard to make things better, and so can you.

B) 2012 looks to be a promising year and I look forward to stepping on stage again. It's almost January 1st... The good news about January 1st coming and going is it meant I held true to my word of not stepping on stage in 2011. Most people close to me know that I tend to say I won't step on stage for a while, and then it turns out I've stepped on stage every year. Well, not this year. It was very likely much needed but it was also something different for me. While I had clients step on stage and was excited to see their passion for the sport grow, my own views on the sport and my "passion" for it declined, in the "Hey there's more to life than a stinking trophy or bodybuilding show" way. Which isn't a bad thing in my opinion. Some might see it as a lazy guy who has given up or isn't giving 100% to the sport anymore. I see it as just being real. All of that being said, I am very determined to make 2012 a year of redemption and hopefully bring the physique back to 2009 quality if not even better. We shall see.

C) I'm looking to be more active here. So as the saying goes, love me or hate me, if you're reading and commenting, then I've done what I set out to do... and usually for me that is to entertain the masses, or at least cure a few seconds of your boredom!

I'm gonna sign off now and catch some shuteye. Stage looks to be around 23weeks away and I have work to do... Welcome readers, viewers, lovers, haters, friends, aliens, cats, dogs, etc... We're about to make things interesting so stay tuned!
